It took a while for me to make up my mind, but now I know what I'm getting. What do you guys think about those FS01 in Hypersilver?http://www.ame-wheels.com/appl...1.htm

Now my new dilemma is whether to choose 18 or 19inch size rims

+25 offset... that's what the blowup says, but looking at them, they def don't look like +25 offset wheels... the link you sent says they're +48 offset... def try to do a test ft... the higher offset plus wider tires may cause the backspacing to be too high, and they may rub on the inside of your wheel well rather than the outside!!!

***EDIT***

nevermind, the link wouldn't come up before, I now see there are many offsets to choose from...

from what I'm understanding, stock are 17x7.5 +45, so if I go with 19x8.5 +40, it should only stick out: (45mm - 40 mm) + (8.5inch - 7.5inch)/2 = 5mm + 0.5inch =~18milimeters

and if I go with +30 offset its going to stick out: (45mm - 30 mm) + (8.5inch - 7.5inch)/2 = 15mm + 0.5inch = ~27 millimeters

is that correct?

What's the best offset? Does one offset look better than the other? Is 27mm too dangerous for rubbing issues?

get 18'sfor one they provide the best mix of performance/comfort. and tires for 19" rims are very expensive. and when you shop tires you have to get the good stuff. afterall thats all whats touching the ground

I vote for 18" Bronze. But honestly any of those colors would look good.

Awesome. That means if I do go with an A/C, the wheels I have on the Cobalt will fit.

Speaking of my wheels... has anyone considered them?

Enkei Evo5Hyperblack (gunmetal):

Bronze:

I have the hyperblack 18's on my blue Cobalt, and they look great.

I'd vote no. I've seen that kind of thing done... usually looks cheap. Just my opinion though.
