I have finally found a place to get new floormats for the s13. Go to http://www.matworks.com They have them for the s13 for $65 for plain front mats, $82 for all four. Names embroidered are an additional $20 and logos are $30.

Custom logos have an additional set up fee.

Shipping is $8-9 and production is 7-10 days. They accept Visa and Mastercard.

*I am not plugging the business for my own gain. I am simply ecstatic that I can finally get new floormats to replace the ones that are completely worn out.

Now to find a source for new carpet...

Hey, someone's been reading Sports Compact Car! :D

Actually, I saw this company in the latest issue and wanted to give them a call, but never got around to it.

Will the company reproduce the 240SX logo, or anything else Nissan-related? I know there's mention somewhere of legal issues.

Also, do they have the little hole thingy in the mat?

Hey, what about some NICO mats...that would rock!

Yes, yes I have. Cold_Zero was kind enough to get me a subscription last Christmas. Good egg, that guy. :D I guess the ricer in me likes to read SCC. Hehe.

They will reproduce some logos, some not. I haven't asked specifically. I will when I get ready to order. How about some custom mats with "repo" embroidered on them? Gay? The NICO mats crossed my mind, but I would probably have to get written permission from Rex. I don't know if a mod or admin could grant that, although I had no problem getting NICO stickers printed last winter.

I don't know about the hole. That would be important. You could always mod the mat...

As to the carpet, I'm still trying to find a good source. May have to sell ACC on that issue. If anyone knows of a carpet source, please share with the rest of the class.

The s14 can still be had from the dealer. Not so with s13 mats. I've been looking since I had my LAST 240.

im pretty sure they still fit but the vinyl pad for your feet will be on the wrong side so you will eventually wear a hole on the left side one.

Yeah I thought about silvia matts then realized the thick piece for the driver side would be on the wrong side. Not to mention they are still old matts, unless you got newer 180sx matts. :batman

Hey Repo-

You could check out these two places for carpets. I know nothing about their quality but they list S13 replacements:

http://www.headlinerkit.com/ac/acuramc.shtml

http://www.automotivecarpet.co....html

Hope it helps,Matt

Hey guys i just received my order from a place called autofloormatsdirect.com they are located in jacksonville,FL i believe, they have the floor layouts for almost every car and give you options on how you want the rug. They sell a 24 ounce rug wich is the one i bought, very good quality very heavy i thought, the rugs do not slip at all they put a big heel protecter for like 2.50 a rug. They also sell a 42 ounce burberry(dont know what that is)rug which the guy told me is very heavy duty but quite unessasary. they do logos but im not sure about legal issues, i personally dont like logos on rugs. Ill take a few pics when i get around to it. the rugs were like 42 bucks. im very happy with the fit, and thy have all the colors imaginable. give it a shot.

I got a new carpet from Auto Trim Supply. It fits OK but it is a total ***** to install. New carpets don;t have the holes cut in them when you get them so you need to take out the old carpt and trim the new one to match. The biggest PITA in changing the carpet is removing the dash. The carpet goes around the center console supports, which are part of the interior dashboard structure.

I just sliced mine right there on the driver side of the dash support and then sewed it kinda :) I took mine out and took it to the car wash and powerwashed it, then i dyed it with the RIT dye. It was blue now its complteley black !
