If you are using the map provided with the Greddy Kit, then you cannot upgrade the MAF unless you use a laptop and Emanage USB cable to change the MAF setting. However, this will require that you start the tuning over from scratch as the Greddy provided map will be password protected.

The Emanage is just as capable and I believe at a higher resolution than the SAFC. Not to mention, with a laptop or computer, you can see all the cells at once and use a mouse rather than scrolling around. The advantage for the SAFC is that you don't need to purchase a separate controller to do the tuning.
Personally, I would swap it out for an E-Manage Ultimate over the Blue and create my own tuning map. The Ultimate is a hybrid standalone that provides full control of the fuel system, but allows the ECU to handle the non-fuel related subsystems. Of course a full standalone would be ideal, but typically is much more expensive.
