Ok I'm doing my swap this coming up weekend. I got everything straight forward except for attaching the p/s. Can someone who has done it do a quck right up on how to connect the p/s on a 1990 240sx with an RB25. Not doing it is not an option-DRIFTING.

Then you can make them and add a small steering cooler with EARLS SS lines.....RB26 with R33 pump or the RB25 KIT!! the same.

Mack. Can you e-mail me or post exactly what you have to do to the power steering lines on a 90' 240 to an RB25?

Just letting you know there was a great post on this awhile back... do a search on powersteering or steering rack... and it should come up... if I recall the rack bolts up to the rb x-member but the hard lines need to be bent somehow..

Is it possible to reach change the p/s lines after the motor is in? Also, how would I do it if I made custom lines?

Yes you can change them after but it harder,A local shop shoud be able to weld -6 ends to you old lines and make new ss lines for you the proper length..The long loop under the engine is for cooling....
