Made 225.8rwhp on a dyno thats proven to be 15-20rwhp out.. but i'm still ****en stoked !! Mods are :

Emanage BlueT25G444 GTR InjectorsRB20 AFMStainless mani/hks dump/3 inchFMICManual boost controller at 1 barWalbro 255/hour.Apexi Power Intake.

I'm really happy with the tune, dips down to 12-11 a/f ratios, but the car sounded great, and omg, did it feel awesome afterwards !! Heres some photos.

Awesome, I hope to be in your boat real soon. Congratulations on the numbers, I expect slightly more from mine, but thats on a different dyno. HOW IT FEELS is the real test, not just the numbers.

Planning on anything more power wise? Now that youve reached max on your t25g?

I've got a 330hp bb garrett that needs a new front impellor which is the equiv to a s15 jap sec t28.. I think i have found the impellor, i'm just waiting on getting the turbo back to see if she fits... if it does, it's going on and back to the dyno we go for a few more runs at 14psi with that on..

Also, wouldn't mind a electronic boost controller one day, as the one i have now is just a ball and spring spring manual, and asyou can see by the end of the range it drops a few psi, which just isn't cricket.

Yeah, thats the stock SR t25g. bought the turbo from a local guy over here, and it was in immaculate condition.

Also guys, if anyone is running emanage with the same stup, willing to share my maps with you as a starter for you guys.

Pete

*edit* heres my a/f chart. Mind you the dyno had a car on before me, and it's shoved in the corner of the building so no fresh air.

not sure why he leaned it at the lower range, but every tune he does, does it, so must be some method in his madness

Thats with the RB20 AFM. Purple Label, Z32 Plug.

Emanage is doing the ignition timing and the fuel map. I picked up a steal off a local forum, Injector, Ignition, Sub Injector harnesses, software, laptop cable and the emanage blue for $344 US.. so i was happy with that price. I've done everything pretty cheap to get it where i'm upto, and done it all at home..

I wonder if its the t25g compressor not keeping up in the revs ?Could be backpressure blowing your wastegate flapper open ?

stock ca18 ecu ?

you adjusted ignition timing with no problems ?I recall someone on the uk forum having to download a patch to sort it?

I got blue eman, software, cable for $300usd barely used also.Came with a lot of harness. I'm not sure whats included. After I'm caught up on reading, I may hit u up if I get stuck.

May be worth an install writeup if eman keep getting positive results. It may proove a viable option for the ca, as it does for other motors.

Your other turbo should give interesting results

I'm only using a cheap small t type manual boost controller, just a spring/ball bearing bleed. I woudln't expect a t25g to hold 14 psi across the board, although, with a electronic ebc it may hold all the way.. who knows.

The emanage was very easy to install.. it took me an afternoon, but that also included having friends over to sit around and talk cars, so i guess an hour and a half max ? Just keep an eye out on the diagrams, the ignition one seemed a little tricky cause i didn't look at rhe diagram correctly.

If you need my map, just give me a yell, i have it on hand ( i've gotta upload it to my site sometime) so it can be easily available.
