Finally bought a car!!!

The 240 died on June 1st, 2003 (R.I.P.) and ever since i have been searching for that perfect deal. After some seriously frustrating car shopping trips I finally found one, Its not a 240 (i still love the 240 but i realized i need a car with more room) but its still a Nissan. I'll put pics up by monday hopfully.

Oh and in case some people don't know about maxima's- 190 hp 3.0 liter V6. It hauls ***!

4th gen max's are real nice, and fast. just to let you know, your car should have no problem getting up to 130mph or faster as is.

feel the need to mod yet? the $15 ebay strut tower brace looks pretty good, budget y-pipe + frankencar (love that name) intake will make the car sound badass, and also increase power. if you don't like the orange on the taillights there's an easy mod to get rid of it -> http://www.cardomain.com/membe...age=2

Wow, congrats on the purchase! If I was going to buy a Max, a 4th gen would probably be in if I can't get like a 2002 or 2003.

actually your maxima has 222 hp

the 3.0's in the 4th gen's are only rated at 190. In like '99 or '00 when they went to the new body style is when they got 222. Then they went on up to 255. I'm pretty sure I got that right.
