Finally beat the SE-R (kinda long)

Ok, well when I first got the 240, it had a MIL light, so it wasn't as fast as it should have been. I raced my friends '92 Sentra SE-R (with the SR20DE and a header) like this. Beat him out of the hole, then he just pulled on me. Even from like a 3rd gear roll at 65 he would pull. So I got the MIL light off (broken distributor signal wire), took off the damn clutch fan, and removed my resonator box since then. We were headed out to an old road. We rolled on it in 3rd gear at 60-65 this time (like last time) and I stuck next to him exactly. I hit fourth, and he hits it like a second and a half later. He pulled about a quarter car on me in that time. But, in 4th, I proceeded to pull on him till the top of second and put 2/3 of a car on him.

When we were at the old road where we raced from a stop. I pulled about a car out of the hole (no traction). We stayed like that through first and second. My third gear synchro is shot though (imagine that!!), so he pulled a half a car up on me while I was try to match revs. Same thing after that though, except we were dead even to 122 when I hit my governor (122 because I have 205/60's instead of 195/60's and a 3.92 rear end rather than the normal 4.08). That's my story =)
