Everyone who has a 240sx always says its under powered so you could try and find some sort of new way to make it more powerfull.. like you could reinvent the intake manifold or something
the awd has been done and is my next endeavor

Ok, I know it has been way too long since an update, unfortunately I have not made the spindles or uprights yet. I'm still working out the technical issues. But, I did build a furnace for melting aluminum and I did start doing some castings and making aluminum ingots in preparation for the uprights and spindles. Here are some videos on you tube for ya. I will have some more videos up in the next couple weeks. One other service I may be able to offer once I work all the kinks out are custom castings for various emblems, badges or anything you may want made. At the moment I am still experimenting with sand mixtures and waiting for some critical parts to come in before I can offer any services or build the spindles and uprights. In the meantime if anyone has any ideas, questions, or wants some custom castings in the future pm me.

Here is the deal with the spindles and uprights, as far as prices go for the components I am still unsure as I have not finished designing them, but you will have some options and special features with these ones. The main feature with the uprights will obviously be the fact they can bolt to factory struts or 240sx style coil overs, not the 300zx fork style. The center roll will also be adjusted and obviously weight reduction since they are aluminum. The front spindles will have increased turning radius as well as the center roll adjustment and obviously weight reduction. As far as pricing goes I can probably do the rear for 200 - 400 for the pairs, the front because of the heat treatment involved and the amount of post CNC work I would not be able to include with the rear uprights in the 300 range.
