alright, i'm new to the whole turbo scene....THIS IS WHAT I HAVE....LMK if i am missing anything.......i don't want to throw all this on and find out i'm missing something....

SR 370 inj.Walbro 255SAFC IPLX widebandStr8 T3 turbo with internal wastgateMR2 BOVAutometer boost guageFMIC2.5' IC piping3' Exhaust piping and muffler

I'm about to get the turbo manifold, Turbo oil lines, and a clutch..i might start boosting and then get the clutch...and the bov connects to any fitting behind the throttle body, right. this is going to be an open bov and located a few inches away from the throtle body....umm....i think thats it on my part...if ya have anything positive to say please let me know...any tips or anything...on vacuum lines or anything....

i'm hoping to hit around 250 hp....XX

BTW my compression on my motor is right around 195 on all four....

what wastegate are you using? go with a Tial 35/38mm. what are you going to do about timing? either retard base timing or buy a MSD BTM. and uhh...get a whole set of zipties lol..you'll need it

What are you doing for tires? Also it would be better just to put the clutch in while your turboing your car. your stock clutch wont take that and will slip. How much boost are you planning to run? Everything else sounds good.

i'm not sure about timing...i was going to go off of somone elses settings for that.....the msd 6 btm stuff sounds good but do i really need it right now or can i add that in a couple months....thats another 200 bucks...

..as for waste gate i'm going to be using the stock z31 turbo with internal wastegate and DP....so thats -7 psi....i might just wait on boost untill i get the clutch but i donno yet....the clutch is going to be the most expensive part of the whole thing...

well tires...???for now my stock 15's are going to have to hold up to the challenge....i'm going to be running a welded diff... .i know, i knowmy next thing to my to do list though is a 5 lug conversion and some 17x9 in front and 17x10 in the rear....thats the near future...

Sounds like a Nice "Quick Boost" Setup. Do you know the specs on the turbo? So far tho, it sounds like you did your research. Make sure you take a lot of pics. My car is in the garage right now half ripped apart, waiting on the intercooler, piping, and the wastegate. But have fun, and take your time with it.

Sounds like you pretty much have it covered pretty well, get those tires and rims and you should be fine.
