Filler neck pipe and rpm gauge

Filler Neck Pipe/ Rpm gauge.
Hello my name is Alex I have a 1995 Z32 non-turbo automatic with 128,000 miles on it. I have recently discovered that when I fill her up with gas I have a leak in the filler neck pipe, it does not leak while I am driving only when filling. Nissan has discontinued the part that I need, if anyone can guide me to one that would be great!! I believe I am loosing fuel pressure because of this as well, but am not sure. Next when I am driving around 60-80 mph my rpms will go from 3k to 4-5k. And I can feel the car sort of react to this not sure how to explain but also when I let go of the gas the rpm needle will drop really fast, is it an issue, any ideas? Fo the filler neck I would contact Z1 Motorsports in Carrollton GA. They have an extensive "junkyard" of nothing but Z's.
My auto transmission was doing the same thing, turned out to be the throttle position sensor. Google how to check it. Mine was also doing hard shifts.
