Costco daoes it all the time.

Dryer than compressed air with poor dryers, inert, and larger molecules.

Tire rubber degrades from oxygen and ozone [however premium quality tires have a halogenated butyl rubber inner liner to protect]. Anyway this problem only surfaces after 2 years of use/exposure after the first heat cycle. Most performance tires are worn out after 1 year so not a problem except in Arizona or Middle East/Sahara.

Won't hurt the tire, might help a tiny bit and surely helps the families of the guys who make and sell the system.

Will not hurt at all (remember that the normal air you breath is 78% Nitrogen) and may help slightly with the tire (as mentioned by Brian and Dennis above). I will just add this post to note that the TPMS will not be hurt/affected at all.

I suspect that the effort/cost to do this is not worth it per se, but that is your call!

Althought I dont have a Infiniti, I added Nitrogeon to my tires. The guy was adding the TPM sensors in my new rims and he put the Nitrogeon in my tires for no charge, but he said its normally $6 per tire.Lighter and doesnt lose air as much as regular air when the car sits for a while.

Thanks, my concerns were around the Monitoring System mostly...

One last thing, what if you end up filling one of the 4 tires with air and have to drive a long hiway distance back to get the other tires air replaced with Nitrogen? Any concerns with that?

No concerns at all. Also, say your tire is low and you cant fill with Nitrogeon, you can fill the rest with air and it wont be a problem.
