I AM PISSED.. PURCHASED A FRONT CLIP THROUGH RACING HARD.COM AND NOW ALL EMAILS SENT TO ADMIN AND SITE HAVE NO SERVER!!!! I was wondering how to go about filing a suit against a company overseas in malaysia. I know a lot of people were conned by flashoption.com .. I hope to find these people and find out what they've done.

I would try taking a look at the Federal Trade Commision's website. http://www.ftc.gov They may have something where you can file a complaint about a foreign company.

Damn... two bogus Malaysian companies... what are the odds of that?

So what was the final verdict with Flash Options? I know a LOT of us were skeptical about them... tried to warn others... and were told to basically shut up unless we had done business with them and/or been scammed. Maybe if more people we allowed to speak up back then, fewer people would have been robbed.

Oh well... anyway... I feel bad for you, man. Unfortunately there isn’t a whole lot that can be done. I would think that legal action in a case like this would be cost prohibitive. Was payment sent through USPS? If so, federal mail fraud would apply... or if you paid with a credit card you may have more options...

Nah man I paid through western union. DETurbine recommended to do through the bank but my bank said lots of people are getting beat that way and to try something else. Here's the scoop: flashoptions is prettybogus I am a member of club240 and everyone on there is saying they are cons almost everybody got robbed.. Few have gotten their product, but not to their expectations. Now, racinghard.com seems to have the exact same website layout as flashoptions. But I spoke to DETurbine who stated he had received his front clip "just a little dirty" from them and he had no problem with them..I have been talking to many who claim they are the exact same company , however nobody knows for sure! I speak almost everyday with the sales admin of racing hard.. Yeong who claims they are not the same and that , " flashoption is rip off , he still owe me 2 clips"..After I send $$ to this jerkoff all of a sudden he write just wait, custom is not easy.. 2 weeks later, I can't get on their website.. The emails get lost because a server can't be established.. I will file a suit and give some advice.. Unless you "KNOW" somebody overseas , only deal within the states.. You have a better chance of finding them if something goes wrong and a better chance of being reimbursed..NOW, TIME TO BOMB MALAYSIA >>>>>>> :)

To my knowledge they are one in the same.

Both have contacted me at various times asking to advertise on NICO. Every time the answer has been real simple: HELL NO.
