Fidanza Resurface

I recently bought a Fidanza aluminum flywheel and it needs to be resurfaced, has anyone done this ? how many times can it be resurfaced ? Im just curious my shop says they have done them im just wanting to know. Is it the same as regualr wheel ?

All the fidanza's I've seen have the replaceable friction surface, I'd just get a new one of those.

Every time you change a clutch ? that seems kinda extreme, is that whats suppose to be done ?

I dont really know, it probably CAN be resurfaced if it's not badly chewed up. I just plan on always replacing it as I have a feeling pucked clutches will chew it up enough to need replacement. You could always call fidanza and ask them since I dont have a definite answer and it doesn't seem anyone else does either

No, not every time you change your clutch. But it can be resurfaced if it's not too badly chewed up.

Just change the friction surface you can do it yourself its madd easy

You'll have to get it from fidanza most likely. The easiest way is probably to just call them instead of trying e-mail.

enjuku can get jsut the friction surface for u porlly a lil cheaper than fidanza.
