I have recently aquired a mold made by one of my instructors here at NADC to fabricate replica Z31 wings.

the mold was made from an 85 300zx and is complete with the wiper cutout and NISSAN letter indention.

cutting this short anyone interested in one made from fiberglass or possibly foam-rubber type (pending expirimentation) let me know I'll be happy to make one for you at cost of materials and shipping.

I will also be doing some modifications and expirimentations to attempt to make a wing for an S-130 based off the same desighn.

you might get better replies if you included a price.

well right now I'm not sure how much fiberglass or foam compound will be needed, as far as what I charge I'm just lookin to break even on materials, not in it for the money, just something to do with the time I currently have nothing better to do with...

I'm expecting the costs to be no more than $30 to make each one+ shipping.

so in comparison to most replicant wings they are gonna be rather cheap,

for the record I am only posting this offer on a few boards at the moment... once I get a system I'll advertise more aggressively.

Curt, there might be some questions as to the quality also. I say invest the $30 yourself just to learn exactly what you are doing and then see how that goes.

Did you get your wing put on your car?

well I did say they will be availible pending expirimentations...

for the record I have already attempted a fiberglass wing wich worked well untill I tripped and fell on the wing (yes I know.... SMOOOOtH)

we also attempted one using "great stuff" as a foam base... wich failed... now I gotta clean out the mold before I can try again.

as for my wing.... yes I have it installed (have since April) I thought you've seen it by now...

go to a boat supply house and get some gel coat, line the inside of the form with gelcoat then get some of the foam filler used in cars, like expanding foam but it doesn't push out, it's used form the factory in some infiniti's and lexus's, get it at any decent auto body supply house
