I never did anything with aftermarket bumpers, but when my CF hood flew up and cracked, I repaired that.. Took a good bit of effort and about $175 worth of supplies.. And of course a large air compressor/paint gun. I'd try to do it yourself, at least the painting.. It'll save you a lot of $$ I was quoted $500 from some shop, and I saved an assload doing it myself

Fiberglass isn't that hard...just makes a mess and stinks.

Get a sheet of fiberglass from a local auto parts or hardware store, and a can of resin and hardener. It would also be nice to pick up some paint brushes and latex gloves.

Mix the resin and hardener depending on how fast you want it to dry (more hardener = will dry quicker). Cut some strips of fiberglass however big you need to cover the crack or whatever you're fixing, paint some resin on it, and stick the fiberglass strip on. Keep building up - resin, 'glass, resin, 'glass, and continue until it's completely covered and built up strong. After it dries you can sand it, cover it with body putty, sand that, then paint it.
