can the caps next to the fog light be easily removed with a bit of prying? i dont want to break anything trying to get it off and have to replace that part, too.

can anybody please explain the process to change these fog light bulbs? i'm completely ignorant to even the most routine of maintenance. but i'd rather try to do it myself if it can be done in 10 minutes.

by the way, i had to create a new screen name as i haven't posted here in a long time.

recently had new brakes and rotors put on my AE along with new stabilizer bar links, new headlight bulbs and some major body work done on my bumper. looks like new again. just got the interior detailed and my Q is once again a pleasure to drive.

also, since my bumper was painted 3 days ago, how long do i really need to wait before waxing?

On the 94-96 Q45 that small trim piece next to the fog lamp costs about $30 so you definately don'y want to break it. It does pop out, IIRC put a small screwdriver in the bottom and pry it up, gently. It comes out pretty easily.

As far as changing the bulb, if it's like the G50, once you get the trim piece pried off you'll see 1 or 2 screws for adjusting the beam and 1 or 2 for removing the entire assembly. You'll want to take the assembly out to change the bulb. Don't mess with the adjusting screws. There's no screws on the opposite side. The assembly is hinged and will pivot out.

side pieces pop up and out. Then they can be removed easily. should be a problem at all. G/L
