Few things wrong with my 1990 240sx

*Head lights: High beams work but low beams don't. The lights will not go back down.

*Driver side door: Will NOT open, I believe the door latch the catches the bar is stuck closed trying to find an easy way to get to it without destroying the inside door panel. I took out the
