Few questions about modified turbo lines

I'm using this diagram to reroute my TT lines, and I just had a few quick questions.

1) If I don't have the dashboard boost gauge, can I just cap that line and only use the aftermarket line?

2) If I don't have a BC, is the diagram the same, just without the BC or should it be changed?

3) if I bypass the ER/AIV, etc, do I need to delete them all or can I just leave them?
