Could use a detailing, maybe respray the timing cover, an exhaust manifold heat shield, and a fan shroud. Then she would be looking spiffy.

Exhaust side PCV hose too, those kind of help. But who cares how it looks how does it run?

im gonna be a d!ck.. cause thats what i am...

what is the point of anyone swapping in a motor, if they arent gonna take the time to make it look nice by cleaning and detailing everything first with the motor out....

Clean = better always!

swapping motors has almost nothing to do with making your engine bay look nice.

Also, looks like your missing a CAS screw.

What brake booster is that?

clean motors= easier to diagnose any issues....... simply good to keep it in shape to avoid bigger issues later.

sorry but that looks like a mess.

1 CAS bolt missingno coolant Over flowharness everywhereIgnitor - laying where the over flow tank should be(is it mounted)clutch fan pwnedno shroudis the power steering hooked up(looks like no belt)exhaust mani heat sheild(extra heat in the engine bay is not good)

what is that in the back left(passenger) corner?

I think I would have posted picks AFTER pressure washing or w/e cleaning method you choose. i would look into a larger radiator too......

PS whats the horn looking thing? is that one of those extra loud horns you can get at auto zone?

Yes this is a abs super hicas car. I really do need to clean the engine bay up. That big looking horn thing is called a alarm. I'll buy a breather filter this weekend. It runs very good shout out to dee aka boost boy.

IIRC projectsilvia has them. I would be willing to bet phase2 and FRsport carry them too.
