OK, Devil's Advocate here... I'm sorry, but that is the worst Infiniti I have ever seen. I mean I guess it's cool you're doing you're own thing but honestly, if I pulled up next to you at a light, I would be embarrased to be in my Infiniti.

Why not go all out and do the first Donk/Bubble G35?

PS, where are the Lambo doors and curb feelers? I have to admit, I can't wait to see what you do next. Train wrecks rule.

Hey - nice ride! It's definitely not my style, but thumbs up for making a car that really stands out. I do agree about the wind deflectors and curtains - in my opinion they detract from the look, but it's your car - your way - your style.

SikNLow, you are a straight up ganster! This has to be the first G35 ive seen on bags. Maybe you should post some pics of it at normal height too? Im sure it would shut up a lot of the haters. The curtains on the windows are a trip makes for a good place for a quickie on ur lunch break huh? Keep up the mods!

Yeah, you know what, I should just butt out of this. I'm in a totally different state of mind when it comes to cars. You just keep doing what you're doing.

thanks for the compliments guys and even for the put downs hahhahaha I don't fix up cars for others..... I fix them up for me. When I owned a '79 toyota corolla back in 1993 and our mods consisted of buying lights from some other country or swapping the motor out for a bigger one from a toyota truck, no one dreamed it would be fuel for an industry to do it professionally(we didn't start it I know but we were a part of it), we were just copying what we saw in the VW community and trying to battle them, and of course the 510 people always doing it sick with bluebird conversions back then too. Nowadays you guys find it normal and call it JDM hahahahahahha god people laughed at us then, and now it's cool, some of my friends had been doing it since the late 60's and 70's (i wasn't around but i hung with an older crowd), now I own various project cars and this one is the ultimate to me since it is proof that VIPstyle is alive and well in America, and that the styling cues can be applied to non VIP platform vehicles. I don't need your approval or your criticism to fuel me, all i need is a desire to stand out in a crowd of clones....... some of you here have some sick rides performance-wise, mine will catch up eventually, some of you have some ultra galactic megalord series cars with wings that would look at home on a hydrofoil, but i look at that and think if he's happy then cool deal, he had a vision and saw it through, all I have is a car with over $17k invested into it on items some will never afford, to enter a style some will never understand, and the funny thing is that the mainstream is now noticing this style and in a few months to a year some of my worst critics will be trying to clone my car to try and win HIN shows and get in tuner magazines hahahahahahaha i'll take the criticism in stride, my car is ugly? ok thanks, my car looks like a "train wreck"? ok thanks, your car is better? ok cool....... but i'm a grown a$$ man and i've worked hard to attain what i've got and no one pays my bills and my expensive hobbies! god i love diversity!!! flame on haters, and to the people who support it or at least tolerate it thanks since every one of you is sincerely good in my book for just not hating ...... Whatever dude, you've gone to extraordinary lengths to "be different" then you post pictures in a public forums for opinions and comments, then you turn around and call people who don't like what you've done to a gorgeous car, haters?

I think you should have bought an Escalade or Chrysler 300 if this is what you want to do. Curtains dude? Seriously WTF?

He's calling them Haters because that's exactly what some people are doing Lekker. But he's not ranting and going off and getting all defensive. he's taking it all in stride..and IMO...theres nothing wrong with that, no one has to like his car but him.

Thanks G, you of all people are the reason why i'm still even on this board, and why I try and update the status of my ride, just to show most peeps a different side to our cars, the luxurious and decadent side that they can have like their cousins the M45's and Q45's and those are true VIP platform vehicles! knowledge.... it's as great as air!

I couldn't agree more Sean.

Sik, you pulled off a great look, regardless of whether or not it is a look that any of the rest of us are trying to achieve.

That beauty belongs over in VIP Culture/Luxozine with Mr. Falk. You a member over there?

i never posted here or registered until now. i was just someone who lurked around these forums to learn stuff, because i had nothing to discuss or say since everything i wanted to ask was already asked and answered.

but seeing this thread made me actually want to register and post.

SiKnLow, mad props with the VIP style on the G. im very familiar with it, because my brother and my bro in law are into VIP cars. my brother got a Cima (q45) and seeing what hes going to do with it, amazes me.

im planning on getting a g35 when i graduate next year, and i always wanted to see a VIPstyle inspired G because i planned on doing that too. but the VIPstyle is very unique and way too expensive for me. hahha.

but yo man, im loving your G. im gonna keep visiting this post to see what you do next. and dont worry about anyone hating. i can see VIP becoming mainstream very soon. just like how JDM came to be... then drifintg... VIP is next. im saving your car pics =D!

Keep this a thread in your favorites..... soon very soon.... this is going to get very interesting with the addition of the rear curtains, exhaust and special badges..... oh just keep a watch I will out do myself again and prove that G35's can and are luxury cars WORTHY of VIPstyled mods!! I'll stand my ground alone on the battlefield to prove my passion for it!

actually since the car is on air ride it won't spark unless I intentionally want to ruin my chassis since it is sitting on the frame in those pics, as for a rolling vid here you go just click on it and enjoy even though it is short hahahahaahha

and this is one of my favorite pics hahahahahaha

Well +1 for being different. IMO those rims are ugly as s*** and if your going to roll that low you need to paint the side skirts and the bottom of the bumpers. Also the window and moon roof deflectors are tacky. The badge is off of ebay and it just doesn't flow, stay with a blacked-out stock grill and chrome mt. fuji symbol. When your all the way dropped they look pretty negative but when your up at ride height their as negative as my drop. But I'm not hatein let your style show do whatever you want
SikNLow wrote:That's the aftermarket billet grille you can get on ebay, and the badge as well, it is an infinity badge but it originally is the nissan badge that comes on the q45's in japan! It's called an eagle badge? i think or just a plain wing badge, I can take pics of the setup sometime today and post later! Modified by SikNLow at 1:38 PM 3/9/2007
Also if your going to own the car please spell INFINITI right, thanks
