i need all the info pertaing to the replacement of the head, taking of valve coverm, torque specs, taking out cams, taking off timing chain, taking off head, torque for those ^^^ thanks

I'm pretty sure the s14 SR is the same torque specs and removal and replacement procedures are the same. I'll be using it when I replace my headgasket. If you need it, go to http://www.zeroyon.com
