Check and make sure the plug by the ecu (goes under the dash) plugs in. If not you will need to find an s13 harness. But I would think as long as your obd1 you'll be fine. I have an 96 s14 KA obd2 but I run ALL s13 electronics. As far as the manifold, you don't need to swap it. People actually swap on the s14 mani on s13's for more flow (its bigger) so for you that's a plus!
For your fans you need a fan controller. Look on summitracing.com or go to freaking Autozone man! They have them!
