i was wondering they have a super flo and a flo design. well the super flo has a reduction in the stem size at the valve head to allow more air in, well the flo is a straight stem, i was wondering wouldnt this make the super flo a lil weaker, and im planning on running a high c.r. and wouldnt want to worry bout a valve destroying my pistons i pay for. i really want to have more air in, ne lil bit more on the intake would help alot. so ne one know bout the super flo strength.

Removing material around the base of the valve stem is pretty common practice in performance engines. It's fine so long as you don't remove too much. I doubt Ferrea would sell valves that cross this line. If it were me, I'd get the super flo ones.

the piston will bend a valve either way, its not like the engine will just stop, its and evil, evil noise, and plus have you ever tried to heat up a valve with an acetelyne torch and bend it or cut it? yea takes forever.
