can anyone tell me what the difference is between a 1989 240sx fender and a 1992 240sx fender ? will they interchange?

The difference between the fenders is that the 91-94 fenders has an extra lip on it. They will interchange but if ur putting a 91-94 fender on a pig nose bumper (89-90 SOHC) u have to take off that extra lip and patch the 2 holes if u plan to paint it.ornchman wrote:can anyone tell me what the difference is between a 1989 240sx fender and a 1992 240sx fender ? will they interchange?

so what your saying is,an 89 fender will work with no problems on a 92, other it will be a little different on the lower corner...

Yes the 89 fender will work on 92. But u have to buy the extra lip shown on the pictures above so it will work on ur 92 bumper. I have a 89 fenders too and look what happen if you dont have the lip.
