So I saw this the other night.. apparently in one of my drunken stuppers i hit something.. or more likely.. someone hit me in a parking lot somewhere.. Either way its sh1tty.

It doesnt appear to me more than some surface damage, ie no dents and only a touch of exposed metal (above the bumper) I am wondering what the easiest way to take off the white paint and marks... i have acetone in my mind.. but not sure if that would work..

I am hoping to make it look less obvious by cleaning it up and using some touch up till i can get it properly repaired.

any thoughts or advice would be great.

I think to get those white marks (assuming they are scuff from white paint) you just need an agressive polish and some elbow greese. To be honest, for that many it will take you a long time to get it out.

Yeah those aren't going to come out. It's deep enough it's through the clear coat. You need to sand/repaint. I would go still front bumper if you're going to bother...

To get the whit marks off try a rubbing compound. That is what a body shop uses to get marks off of paint. Do a little bit at a time. Don't try to do the whole thing at once. the white is scuffs in the clear coat it should just rub out.
