To add to what Edgar said, just so you know camber has very little to do with tire wear... The toe being out of wack is what really starts to wear down your tires..
Think about a snow plow going down the street. Snow plows are at an angle so that they can push the snow out of the street meanwhile the vehicle pushing the plow is going straight. Well thats what your tires are doing. Since the tires are pointed at an angle but the car is going straight its creating alot of rolling resistance.
