I... kinda like the concept.

The plastic rearview mirror sort of seems out of place, if it was a style sort of like what your see on the S30 I think it would be pretty neat. Also, I'm too big a fan of symmetry to not have both sides done. Other than that, I appreciate the idea, I don't think I've seen this on a 240sx before. Pretty cool.

EDIT: Just saw the hole/wire for the other side. Continue. :gapteeth:

Sure, I guess. But those mirrors are not particularly attractive.

I like the stock placement just fine. to each his own.

if you like it, rock on. i personally think 240's have body lines that are too modern to pull them off.

mabey if you could retrofit the thin "F1" style mirrors it would look better.

IMHO.

interesting, very interesting.
maybe on a cleaner car(no offence) with nice mirrors it would look alot better. Also the symmetry thing is bugging me too maybe it would look better with both done.
Kudos on trying something new or atleast something i've never seen lol :dblthumb:

love it, it's so unique.
best part is, most people don't have the balls to try and pull it off so it will stay unique XD

Maybe if both sides had them and they were both painted to give it more of an oem look? Not sure. Continue though

i was gonna do this like next week or something... i guess i don't have to now. i was gonna use the smaller chrome ones... those are too big in my opinion. and too rounded as well. either gotta be rectangular or circles... in my opinion.

If the car was dumped on some wide a** wheels, it would look f*** sick.

+1 for trying the old school look.

Second mirror is on the car now i have been to lazy to post up pictures. Its still getting polished taking forever. I like the way the fender mirrors look they are also power mirrors. Now i have dual heads up with my mirrors and HUD. I think it is a little rice but its retro.

Don't like.

The purpose of fender mirrors is to decrease the overall width of the car for tight spaces in the car's home country... Those kinda don't work that way.

With that said, I've seen far worse things done, and if you like it, keep rockin' brotha.

And it's not "rice" - Rice would still have a stock SOHC under the hood. :)
