Fender Flares, what are these? Where to get them?

Now granted the guy who is selling this car on ebay is probably a little bit of a tool, but can ANYONE tell me what those fenderflares are? I've seen them on other cars (where the wheels in the front actually filled out the flares and they looked good), but I never know where to get them or how much they are.

i like the flares. on his car they look ghetto because his wheels in the front don't fill them out (he put 16x7 there for some reason) and that defeats the point, because fender flares are installed only when the wheels extyend beyond the fender, and need to be covered. in the back they look good, if you just look at the back, even though a little old school, but i like that.

whatever they are i like them. personally i am very fond of flares with wide wheels instead of a bodykit. you guys can hate on the car all day, but i know its got more mods than i have..

the flares looks like the universal ones on BomexS13's ride. those flares looks best moulded onto the car and not screwed on.
