So now i'm back from a rough start and I think I have a good question. And for those who are wondering, sas2007 is my real user name only because I just got married three months ago and my new wife is as involved in this new project as I am. Moving right along, I have decided to order a set of oversized quarter panels. But I also want to flare or pull the rear fenders first. I have about a foot long dent in one of the quarter panels and the dent comes to about an inch away from the fender lip. I'm afraid if I try to flare it with an Eastwood fender roller, it will just push the dent and really screw it up. What i'm thinking is i'll cut it and roll it in and hold it with rivets and then mold the oversized panels over it to smooth it all out. Does anyone have any advice or personal expieriences that would be helpful? Thank you all.

I dont understand why your gonna worry about the dent if your gonna put on overfenders anyways.

I'm not worried about the appearance of the dent cuz ur right, it will be covered. I just wanna know if you think the dent will interfere when I try to roll/flare the fender with a fender roller.

it really depends on how the dent looks and exactly where its at... anyways, I'm gonna have to say no... because basically the purpose of the roll and pull is to free up space for the tires to run though.. if worse comes to worse, bang that sh1t or cut it since your gonna eventually cover it up anyways
