just wanted to let ottawa members not to bother going to tire plus on conventry road by the bestbuy they do not install low profile tires although i was told that they could i left my tires and rims there for an hour and came back and was told my tires were damaged because they could not get them over the bead but infact they do not have the proper equiptment i brought them to commercial tire and they looked at what the guy tried to do and re-assured me he did not have the proper equiptment

I wouldn't have left until a report was filed or something. I hope they compensated you for the damage and troubles
