Feels like an N/A car

Hey guys hoping someone can help me. I have a 93 S13 with the SR swap. The other day while i was driving i came to a light and noticed the RPMs dropped really low almost to stalling out and there was a lil bit of white smoke, i feathered the gas and everything went back to normal. That happened for about a week, I got in my car yesterday to go to work, car started fine and drove smooth..... too smooth lol, I noticed that my turbo wasn't spooling and my blow off wasn't making any noise. The car is still running fine smooth and strong but I have no boost at all. Can someone tell me what might be going on. Thanks

The turbo probably seized... Either too much coked up oil, or not getting oil at all.

intercooling pipe came off?? check piping for leaks.

check if the wastegate arm didn't come off. This happend to me once, it started out spooling but having no power and eventually it just quit making any noise. The arm of the wastegate fell off the wastegate lever.

No... You ever driven your SR without an intercooler pipe on it? It's not even possible unless you unhook the MAF and throw it into limp mode.. Otherwise it's going to flood the s*** out of your motor..

Thanks guys for all you help and suggestions. Found my problem last night, it was the arm on the waste gate. The "e" clip that holds it on the turbo had come off some how so the arm was disconnected. I went out and actually bought a "q" clip and hooked it back together car is running great again.
