I just bought a AE86 and my build of a NA CA18DE has been put to the side in favor of just restoring the corolla

The HKS pistons were never used and bought off a member on here but can't remember who.

The intake manifold took me awhile to find and I am not sure if all the linkages are there but the main one is and I am sure the others are easily found. No the mikuni carbs are not included they have been sold already.

I also have an RSR RWD Exhaust manifold definately USED and bought from Upgarage when I was rolling around with themadscientist

HKS pistons = 300 plus shipping RSR RWD exhaust manifold = 125 plus shipping Dual Carb intake manifold = 275

themadscientist has dibs on the intake manifold

Sorry no pics of the exhaust mani yet

Can you read Japanese or know anybody that can because I only have the one sheet that came with the pistons. I wasn't worried about it as of yet because I was waiting to get some more things together. However that isn't going to happen anymore.

I promised the manifold to themadscientist a long time ago and we just spoke so he is going to take it. I hope he has plans for it as I want to see this thing running on something one day because I sure had some plans for it.

I understand its sold, but is the manifold cast or what?

I thought Trust in Japan was the only company that ever made ca18det exhaust manifolds.

He was going to build a CA18DE up. Damn I'd like those pistons. I wonder what the specs on them are?

Yeah the plan was building up a CA18DE but the corolla came up and since I have wanted one of those for a long while I couldnt' pass it up. They aren't so easy to find here in Germany. So the NA CA project is getting x-ed.

The intake mani is sold not the exhaust manifold.

Just from the look of them, I'd say the compression is AT LEAST 11:1. Maybe more.

What was even better was I was paid in EUROS!!!! HA HA

.65 cents = 1 euro

I paid the rest of the Corolla off with these things.

So TMS I will be packing up your intake manifold BUT YOU BETTER USE IT!!!

Nope never got anything except that they were 84 mm pistons. Couldn't read the Japanese and didn't want to bother TMS with the translation. I wanted to finish that motor also but actually finding an AE86 over here was too much to pass up. They are pretty rare here and I just saw one in original condition sell for 5600 euros (8000 dollars). This was completely stock for the exception of some lowering springs and some ugly 17 inch rims.

I was told by TMS that if I pulled the 4age he would come over here and ***** slap me so to keep the mad one happy I will build the 4age. Plus keeping it as close to original as possible is key considering I am probably going to have this registered on the German side and not put the US Forces plates on this one.
