I have been doing research out here on long island, I plan on opening a shop in about 4 years (yes I know it's a long way out but I will hopefully have everything I need to proceed). Anyways, I have found where I would prefer to open it and the lot is quite large. Now where my question comes in is if I buy the lot, since it is just an open parking lot at the moment, can I hold my own drifting practices as well as "mini-events" since I will own the property? Obviously there would have to be paperwork filled out if anyone else wanted to participate, but I am just curious for the simple reason of buying the land now and then building my shop once I am ready. It is in a fairly undeveloped area but I feel it will be a good place for a shop, it will be based toward Japanese and European Import cars. The Unofficial name at the moment is CA Extremes. At the moment I am in process of creating connections with companies like HKS, and GIAC, as well as Tein and Origin. I am hoping to have a well rounded shop that will suit everyones needs. Give me feed back the more the merrier, on both the practice as well as my business idea!thanks in advance
