I finally found the tire of my choice (general grabber at2). I just need some feedback on these tires to see if they are any good or worth it. I'm about to run 255/70/r16. For those whom have these tires how do you like them? For those who don't have them would you consider them? Thanks, all replies would be appreciated.

I'm curious as well. I've been browsing tires on tirerack.com (don't need them now, just browsing for future reference) and these seem to be pretty good, besides the noise ratings. To anyone that has had these; how's the noise factor? I'd rather hear about the absolute noise factor, not the noise factor as compared to other A/T tires, because I've never had an A/T tire.

Besides that, it's a good lookin' tirehttp://www.tirerack.com/tires/...T2OWL

well i had general grabber hts tires and they suked! wore like crap and were rotten in snow and ice. didnt even get a year out of them! i now have mastercraft courser AT2's, and they are effin awsome. i too have 255/70/16, wish i wud have gotten a 265/70/16 but all well. anyway mastercraft is made by cooper, who in my opioion is 1 of the best tire companies around. there mastercraft line is cheaper but stillmade with the same quality and materials. i got a set of 4, mounted n ballanced for 585$. and they have a 50,000 mile tread wear warantee.

Really? I have the HTS right now and I'm very happy with them. I only have about 4k miles on them, but so far so good. My only regret is not getting an A/T tire.

Don't like any General tires, they tend to wear out quickly, saw a lot of them back in the day, (used to work in a 4x4 shop doing tires), Kelly tires are even worse!!

i recently bought a set of these tires and so far i love them, this is my first suv and first set of AT tires i've ever owned, but i would give these tires a 5 out of 5 overall, very smooth and low noise they are only a month old tho so time will tell, very well snow traction, dont know about ice traction, good dry traction as i can take corners quick

i'm running a 265/70/16 on stock suspension, had to mod the front bumper with some grinding and had to tuck the inner fender towards the back side of the bumper about 3", other then that good to go
