I have the Tial 35mm and its great. Ive ran as low at 6 psi and it was able to bypass the rest of the ex gas with ZERO problems and zero creeps...

Back then Tial was the best on the market along with a few others.. Their still the best in my opinion..!!

A question about the tial wastegates (and others) I noticed that you said that the 35mm held 6psi great (which is something that I would want for my first setup as a economic setting) but what is the max that the 35mm could hold to effectively?

Its not really a question of how much it can hold... more like how quickly it can divert gasses as the boost pressure goes up. The higher you get in boost, the quicker you're going to need to divert the gasses because they are coming out of the exhaust ports at such a high energy. I wouldnt run a 36mm any higher than 10-12 psi, but eh it would probably be fine up to 15 maybe?

Is there a big price difference between 36 and 38? I mean, its only 2 millimeters...

I have a JGS but haven't ran it yet, hopefully very very soon. I have friends that love theirs though, and Lance runs a great and honest business.

Really I think you'd be happy with either one.

I have the same question Fiz.

I run a Turbonetics Evolution 35mm. Has held whatever I shimmed/sprung for fine. Never even spikes.

Another thing to consider is flow. Turbine size, exhaust restrictions, restrictions in the dump tube from teh wastegate if you are running one, ect. All can influence.

That is entirely incorrect. Myself along with slew of others run 35mm wastegates. I've personally run 25psi with absolutely no boost spike.
