Feedback needed, I'm considering a new Murano

Hi all,

I'm considering a new Murano (maybe even Infiniti) and wanted to get some opinions. I currently have a 2014 C300 and hate it. What I can't stand about it:
1) the interior is junk. When it's cold out and you run the heat, the plastic on the interior snaps, crackles, and pops like rice krispies.
2) the shifting is lazy; when you slow down and then get back on the accelerator, there's this long pause where nothing happens.
3) the satellite radio sound quality is truly awful; it's very garbled and distorted.

If things like this bother me, would I be happy with Nissan? How well do they shift? Are they pretty free of creaks and rattles? Is the satellite sound quality good?

That is all relative. You really should arrange a test drive and decide for yourself.
