Federal Super Steels?

Anyone running these tires? I just installed my new wheels with Federal 595 Super Steel 225/45/18 tires and I was just wondering if it was just me, or are these tires loud? Maybe I'm being a little too anal, but they're much louder than the Turanza's which came with my OEM wheels. Of course you really can't compare the two since the Federal's are ultra-high performance and the Bridgestone's are super-touring, but they are very loud. I know they're balanced and weighted ok, so I guess it's just the VERY aggressive tread pattern. Or at least I hope it is. I really do love how they grip though. These tires are one of the best I've driven, and I've driven on A LOT of tires before, from Yoko's to Dunlop's to BFG's to Nitto's to Kuhmo's. You name it, I've driven it.
