If you go to Menu, then Catagories, there is a catagory called "My Favorites" These are the 30 songs you play the most. Makes a great ride to work on a Friday morning...nothing but your favorite songs!

My number 1 played song "Haushinka" from Green Day's Nimrod CD. The all time best car drum (i.e. steering wheel-drum, gas/brake pedals-bass drum/Hi-hat, rearvier mirror-symbol) song in the world. Love the beginning. Yes....I do make an @ss out of myself at traffic lights. :crazy:

You have it. It goes by the songs you play most often from the HD. You can also play by categories or "mood".

i will check that out as i been dreading making a play list lol

Did you know you can have your XM radio alert you if a particular artist or song is playing on any XM channel?

all you have to do is go to menu, then favorite song/artist while the song you like is playing and itll add it to the list, up to 8 songs and 8 artist can be stored.

I now have the album on my hard drive. I'll listen to the entire album tomorrow through my new home theatre stereo

The wife is always trying to get me to see a Broadway show.

I told her to get tickets for American Idiot and I'll go.

We did see Million Dollar Quartet which was pretty good

Not too many Broadway shows that appeal to me

Hair was good but that was way back when I had long hair. Now It is beginning to disappear :(

I like Lynyrd Skynyrd also.

I took my daughter to a benefit Rolling Stones concert at Radio City Music Hall a few years ago. I think myself and The Stones were the oldest ones there. There was also a lot of smoke in the air which reminded me of being back in the 60s.
It was a great concert that had the crowd on their feet for over two hours

My Rolling Stones T shirt is the most expensive shirt in my closet

It is so funny. I have a 21 yr old daughter and a 26 yr old son. BOTH of their favorite bands right now is The Beatles! I get so tickeled when they try to tell me something about The Beatles that they think I don't already know. They forget that I lived through the phenomenon and saw them in concert.

Never saw the Stones. I bet that was a great concert. They are amazing to still be going so strong at their age.

Great performers make great music no matter how old. I hope I never get too old to rock and roll. So far this year I've seen Mark Knopfler(Dire Straits), the Moody Blues and last thursday the Eagles(for the 11th time) and the Dixie Chicks. Still to go this summer are Santana with Steve Winwood, Paul McCartney, and tom Petty with CSN. It's a great summer!!!!!

Sounds great...I have Joan Jett, then Shinedown/Puddle of Mudd/Chevelle. The Offspring are coming and I would love to go see them, but they are coming to Mud Island which is an island in the middle of the Mississippi River and the tickets are $70 and misquitoes will eat you alive. I passed on that one.

You never get too old to rock. I'm 55 and I can out rock anybody. Don't ever let anybody tell you you are too old for anything. I hate when people say "you are trying to act young". No....I just love music.

First, what options do you have?

The tech package has nothing to do with audio:

* Intelligent Cruise Control[*] with Preview Braking[*]
* Advanced Climate Control System with Plasmacluster™ air purifier
* Rain-sensing, flat-blade variable intermittent front windshield wipers
* Pre-Crash Seat Belts

If you have the premium package it has the music box.

* Power sliding tinted glass moonroof with one-touch open/close, tilt feature and sliding sunshade
* Infiniti Studio on Wheels® by Bose® Premium Audio System with 11 speakers, including 3-way component front door speakers with 10-inch subwoofers and a parcel shelf-mounted subwoofers
* Driver's Audio Stage
* 2.0GB Music Box® (800MB for music storage)
* 2-way power lumbar support for driver’s seat
* Memory system for driver’s seat, steering wheel and outside mirrors
* Dual occupant memory system for driver's seat, steering wheel and mirrors settings, linked to individual Intelligent Keys
* Power tilt and telescopic steering wheel
* Rear Sonar System[*]

Finally, the NAV increases the HD space to 9.3GB:

* Infiniti Hard Drive Navigation System with 7-inch color touch-screen, Lane Guidance and 3-D building graphics[*]
* XM NavTraffic®[*] with Real-Time Traffic information
* XM NavWeather™ with Real-Time Weather and 3-day forecast [*]
* Zagat® Restaurant Guide
* Streaming audio via Bluetooth® wireless technology[*]
* 9.3GB Music Box® hard drive (replaces 2.0GB Music Box® - 800MB for music storage)
* DVD video playback on 7-inch display
* Infiniti Voice Recognition for audio, information and navigation systems

Requires Premium Package. Replaces compass in rearview mirror.

You may have to be standing still (if you don't have the NAV bypass mod) to get into that menu. Check your manual or log into Infiniti for a digital copy:

I'll have to listen to it a few more times.
I was busy doing other things while it was on
It's been very hectic around here lately.

Have you ever watched "Say yes to the dress" on TLC
If you haven't then your daughter probably has?
I never heard of it till a few weeks ago.
Who knew!
There goes my New G

Arrrrg! I have told both of my kids that they can either have a big wedding, or a small wedding and I'll give them the downpayment for a house. Thank goodness neither one of them is "in love" yet.

:crazy:

My G is safe for a while.
