Great speech by the FBI director. She was careless but not criminal. The prosecutors have the final word in this, but remember, Lynch already said she was going to accept the FBI recommendation.

Now, anyone else willing to step up and admit Trump got nothing but an orange comb-over?

I'm not surprised by the FBI's decision. There were no true "gotcha" emails that her haters were hoping to see published. But Bill's airport meeting with Lynch was incredibly stupid and disturbing. I'm shocked the AG even put herself in such a precarious position. Had the FBI recommended charges, I'm sure AG Lynch would have had to recuse herself, despite claiming she would accept the FBI recommendations. Ms. Lynch's reputation has taken a serious hit from that major lapse of judgement. If Hillary's vulnerable to any indictment, I still think it would involve the alleged shenanigans with the Clinton Foundation.

Who has done more damage to the United States?

GW Bush that invaded Iraq with tens of thousands of dead Americans and hundreds of thousands wounded or Hillary Clinton's emails?

So why is the very liberal Huffington Post saying The Obama Administration Should Be Found Guilty of War Crimes in Yemen?

Bush, whom the left decried a war criminal, only had 45 drones. Barack Obama’s got 400 drones. Obama has expanded Bush’s “War on Terror” to a “Global Battlefield” where suspected terrorists anywhere can be subjected to “targeted killings” by drone strikes without charge or trial. This has happened not only in Afghanistan and Iraq but also in Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya and possibly Mali. The “collateral damage” from these strikes has killed large numbers of women and children as well as young men of military age whom the Obama administration arbitrarily counts as combatants.

Remembering Obama's "Shock and Awe" Bombing of Libya
March 19th marked the 5th anniversary of the first African-American President unilaterally, and without provocation, ordering the U.S. “Shock and Awe” bombing the crap out of his African brothers and sisters in the sovereign North African nation of Libya. Not only that, he did so without even bothering to go to Congress and, at least, lie to them like his predecessor President George W. Bush did with his own “Shock and Awe” bombing of Iraq 8 years earlier.

Larry Pinkney, a former Black Panther and 10-year political prisoner, ran the article “Is it time to impeach Obama?” in his “Keeping it Real with Larry Pinkney” column in the Black Commentator on July 21, 2011, calling for President Obama’s impeachment for the same war crimes, and then some.

Was reading through your posts of late. I'm pretty sure you enjoy any sort of attention you can get, negative or otherwise.

Right now there are two types of ***hole normal people need to be on the lookout for. People supporting Clinton and people supporting Trump. These two types are f*** things up royally to the detriment of this country.

Celebrity Bernie Supporters on FBI Clinton Investigation: System Rigged

Via CNN:
The Tuesday announcement also set off a torrent of anger and frustration among some of Bernie Sanders’ most diehard supporters, a vocal minority who have been agitating for an indictment of the former secretary of state in the hopes it would vault the Vermont senator to the Democratic nomination.

Trump and the Sanders bitter-enders had played up the possibility, pointing to what they called an “FBI convention” that would effectively block Clinton from becoming the nominee. But with FBI Director James Comey’s announcement likely closing that door, social media — including a couple high-profile Sanders backers — erupted:

Let me be the first to break it to you. On January 21st, 2017, and for the following 8 years, you will be referring to Hillary as Madam President. It's good. Relax, it's good. She'll lead with cool resolve and a firm hand guided by intelligence and patience. She also symbolizes something far more sinister for those Republicans who still think they re a viable party, that is, the death of that party as we know it. With an honorable mention to Trump for his efforts at burying that party forever more as a viable choice.

Now, honestly, I wish there was a choice for the voters this year. I'd rather people choose Hillary because they felt she was the more capable leader instead of the multitudes who are voting just to keep the orangutan out of office. His supporters are more like the people of Walmart than political representatives of a party.

Hillary's only problem is overconfidence. She knows that and she's pushing forward to her win.

Some mathematical views of the upcoming election.

From Princeton University.
http://election.princeton.edu/

Note the use of Bayesian probability = 85% for Hillary.
Note the electoral vote count. 333 for Hillary.
Note that it is updated regularly.

It's alright, you'll be fine. 8 more years of Democratic leadership will take us further from the brink of depression the last Republican left us in.
More jobs. Higher wages (trickle up economics wins). It's a good thing.

Bernie "it's rigged, the system is rigged".

Look, the system must be rigged, we're not getting our way. /tantrum.

Don't think the system's rigged?
2015: DOJ Prosecutes A Naval Reservist For Mishandling Classified Info WITHOUT MALICIOUS INTENT
Unlike Clinton, he was sentenced to two years of probation, a $7,500 fine, and forfeiture of personal media containing classified materials.

He was also “ordered to surrender any currently held security clearance and to never again seek such a clearance.”

Break classification rules for the public's benefit, and you could be exiled.

Do it for personal benefit, and you could be President.

To be fair.Trump has literally complained that everything's rigged or that there's widespread cheating... well, unless it benefits him. Remember his whining about the RNC nominating process? That's not to defend Hillary in any way, shape or form. I'm suggesting he's just as bad. But after reading the FBI statement impartially (which is very difficult for many as the hatred for her runs so deeply) it does not appear there was any "criminal" intent, or at least anything she did that can be proven in court that was criminal. So it sounds less of a case of rigging the system and more of a case the FBI deciding against pursuing they didn't think they could win. Could there be a vast left wing conspiracy? Perhaps. But without some actual proof, it's strictly a guess. To Hillary fans: that's not an exoneration, and to Hillary haters: that's not a conviction. But what was made extremely clear was that Hillary excercised extremely poor judgement by setting up the private servor in the first place, and of course, acting like a typical politician (I don't quite get why people are so shocked whenever politicians lie/deflect - hello McFly?! They all do that, even Trump. I see this episode, once you back out the emotion, as yet another example of Hillary's (and Bill if you want to add him to the mix) poor decisions. Other bad Clinton judgements include Bill's airport meeting with Loretta Lynch, the still active allegations surrounding the Clinton Foundation, Bill's hummers from an intern, Travelgate, etc. Bottom line, Hillary is ambitious and occasionally careless. So the big question is whether that type of behavior or person (or extreme narcissism/thin skin in Trump's case) is enough to keep her from being an effective President or remove her from the campaign. If you like Hillary( like Howie), the answer is no. If you hate Hillary, the answer is yes. I highly doubt anyone is going to convince the other side to switch. Do you?

I personally dislike both as candidates. But at some point, perhaps all of this personal destruction politics will stop and the candidates might actually take the high road and have adult conversations about the issues without lying so blatantly and calling each other names?....... Naaaaaah. :)

The American people have two choices.

One has been screwing thousands of small business men by not paying for their services forcing many into bankruptcy with a very thin skin and resorts to name calling..

The other has more than twenty-five years of government experience as a first lady, senator, and secretary of state. Yes she has made mistakes but is still more than qualified to be POTUS

No Howie. There is a viable third choice. His name is Gary Johnson. Problem is the media has not yet given him enough coverage.

Yet Johnson's more qualified than Obama was when he got elected to his first term. Keep in mind there's a difference between being qualified and being fit for the office.

Well, there's a third choice, that's for sure, but he's far from viable. At best, he's a spoiler, that is, he can pull votes from one of the 2 major parties. That said, one voting third party really needs to switch gears and look at the matter from a different perspective. Is my third party vote helping the candidate I least want in office?

It's truly sad the the Republicans are so unorganized and confused on the national level. I'd love to see them field someone like James Comey. An intellectual, thoughtful individual that would really be a strong opponent ro any democrat. Balance him against the Donald. the country really needs 2 strong candidates with 2 real choices. McCain presented a viable option. (albeit greatly reduced by Palin ineptness) Paul Ryan is self positioning for his (in his opinion) shot at the spotlight, but Paul isn't smart enough to realize that he's going to have to explain his endorsing of Trump in the 2016 Trump disaster.

I would love to have to post here that an election was so close that it was anyone's guess, or that either party would be a great fit for the white House. But honestly, as long as the Republicans keep bringing us things like Palin or Trump, It's not going to happen.

Anyway, the hearings are on. I'm going to listen to the Republicans waste tax payer money chasing ghosts on Capital hill. Want to bet this backfires and bites them in the butt?
