Special K is a seriously underrated cereal. I put it right up there with sugary brands like Lucky Charms and Cinnamon Toast Crunch.

Since I use rice milk instead of regular milk, I get to eat the cereal and the liquid turns into horchata.

Double effing win.

HORCHATA!
I love the stuff, there's a couple of Mexican ice cream stores by my house that make it fresh.
(I can't have cow-dairy either, I use almond milk for coffee/cereal/etc)
I was at a Mexican-owned cafe last week and they had iced horchata on the menu and I got excited..then I found out they put regular milk in it so my friend got a free drink.

Rice milk sucks...it's too watery/chalky..have you tried the So-Delicious brand of refrigerated coconut milk?

Not sure what brand of rice milk you've been drinking, but the one I buy isn't chalky or any more watery than skim milk. I haven't tried refrigerated coconut milk -- is it loaded with cholesterol and triglycerides like regular coconut milk is?
