RIB EYE STEAK.
This meat has never failed me, you really have to overcook it in order to become DRY, so always stays juicy and needs no more than salt for seasoning. What a great deal!
It is some kind of expensive, but by cooking this meat you always will look as good as a BBQ master.
Every BBQ made in my house has been a complete success for years, because everybody was happy by the taste of the Rib Eye steak.
