I have the HKS on my redtop. I love it, but it's one of only handful of BOVs that I've ever heard.

Not to thread jack, but how do you set the maf sensor if you want to leave the bov open? Between the TB and the BOV? that's how I had it on my aw11.

But on 240s, i like the SSQV, the RS just doesn't sound right to me for some reason.

yep. I have this, not the adjustable spring crap either. works under high boost and is a low/high boost valve. opens a little under low boost and the big plunger is pulled open under high boost.

high boost and quick shifts is killer. i haven't found a more reliable or easier BOV to use. I've had problems with the R2D2 sticking (metal plunger FTL) and adjusting the spring is just retarded. Compressor surge is for loosers.

HKS SSQV will hold all the boost you can throw at it due to the "pull" plunger operation. has anyone looked at the manual for the SSQV? Not for use in cars other than Japan lol

I had a Blitz on my Cordia Turbo. It was nice. Dad has a Greddy Type S on his 350z Twin Turbo and seem to be having problems with it. My 240 has a HKS and I love it, and will be installing the new style HKS on my Twincharged MINI Cooper. I guess you can say HKS has my vote.

I'm a big fan of the Sheepdog, and then I like the Hks with the fins cut out.
