:tisk: Has anyone actually tested the Infiniti Assistant or SOS system in their Q70L? I updated mine to 4G as instructed and none of it works anymore. My car has been in the shop at the dealer since right before Thanksgiving 2016.

Holy brocOli! They have had you car for more than 2 months? That must be a record. Please keep us informed with the progress (though it seems there hasn't been much so far). I reckon there comes a point where technology becomes a thorn instead of a blessing.

Yeah, that's bananas.

Curious minds would like to know. Was the vehicle rendered undriveable? Or how does the driver interact with this system on a day to day basis?
