fault code 21(ignition signal)

fresh s13sr to s14 swap. at the same time car was converted from auto to manual. teh wiring has been double and tripple checked. the battery is fresh and all the grounds are grounded. heres whats happening i turn the switch, it clicks and then goes dead, like a grounding problem. but all the grounds(that i can see) are hooked up. any ideas?

ok heres where im at now, the car turns over. however, there is no fuel and no spark. is the brain box dead or is there something else?

have you tried resetting the ECU? I have thrown 21's before on a perfectly good, running car. It was usually just a one time mess up, in your case it could be a bad piece of wiring, or as simple as unplugging something and replugging it again.
