Fatkid Beating

A couple of weeks ago one of my friends wrote fatass on another guys windshield. We were standing in front of his lifted truck laughin when all of a sudden this kid takes off. I dive out of the way and throw a waterbottle at his truck and kick it putting a dent in the side. The fatkid gets out acting like hes gonna beat my a** I tell him to get back in his truck cause he aint gonna do crap. Anyways the kid tells me it gonna be 380 bucks and i have to pay him now and I say no ill pay half at the most. Anyways a week goes by and we keep arguing finally he calls and talks to my mom calling my beautiful wonder of a guy a piece of sh*t and on top of it he's rude to my mom. Then his parents call tellin us we have to pay by friday of last week and we say hell no not until there is an invoice from the collision center. And finally the kid has called me threatening to beat my a** and callin me a pus** and stuff.

Basically some fatass with a lifted truck that I spanked by like 6 carlengths in a race almost ran me over and is being a Dic* to me and my mom I feel some sort of revenge comin on. I just have to figure out how to do it without getting arrested cause they are also wanting to press charges against me. So I was thinking shoepolish the sh** out of his truck, sh** on his hood if I can climb up there, I need something please help cause you don't call me a pus**, cut down my car just cause daddy bought you a 30 grand truck, or be rude to my mom something big has got to happen.

Or I could wait awhile wait till he says something and beat his as* but his parents are crazy and will press charges in an instant so Id have to be careful with that

Just give me some ideas on how to get revenge.

If he actually tried to run you over it should all work out in court. If not, deal with the consequences.

Yeah, if you charge a cop with your car they will open fire. It's considered attempted murder. So if this kid really tried to run you over, then you have a strong case. It sounds like he just revved the engine or something though. Otherwise you couldn't have kicked a dent in a moving truck and thrown the bottle at him.

Let me educate you as to how this will go, since you remain blissfully ignorant.

The guy vandalized a truck (with friends). Then he kicked the truck. Then he threw a water bottle at the truck. He assaulted the owner (called him names). Then he posted threatening comments, and asked how to commit MORE vandalism and get revenge (on an online forum that gets 8 million hits a month).

Exactly where is the "attempted murder" part? Have you read the statutes that govern what IS and IS NOT attempted murder? The fact that the fat kid allegedly tried to run over this idiot? Where is the proof? Were there injuries? Are they documented? Police report? Witnesses?

Also, there is no "jackpot" in suing someone for attempted murder. None at all, even if you're successful. No damages = no settlement.

Anyways, there was a case here in MN when a burguler* tried to get into this guy's farm house and the farmer set up a shotgun, so when the burgler enters the house, he got shot. He didn't die and turned around and sued the farmer and won the case.

I'm sorry about the jackpot, but still, conviction of attempted murder might cost the fatguy an arm and a leg.

Last but not least, since your english is your first language, I reconsider go to an ESL class or reread the first post.
