Hey dauntless sorry for reopening this but I wanted to clarify my story.
First off I didn't write this on his windshield, a friend did I was walking by and laughing. The only reason my friend wrote it oh his car was because this kid wrote on my friends car.I was just laughing at it I didnt do it.
He took off towards me I jumped out of the way and when I landed I threw the water bottle he stopped and I kicked his truck. I am no superhero
After I was nice to him and tried to help him out with the payment stuff he was still a **** to me. So he called my mom when i wasn't home cussing at her. Then his parents called and cuss at my mom because we want an invoice before we will pay. And they threatened to press charges.
I would be pissed to if someone kicked my car but if I charged them with my car I instigated them kicking my car and therefore I am half responsible, because lets face it I wouldn't have kicked his car if he hadn't almost ran me over.
And the race thing he was talkin crap for like 2 weeks sayin he was gonna beat me so I raced him and smoked him because he was askin for it.
Finally I wanted to get some form of payback or revenge because this kid was disrespectful to me and my family after we tried to be helpful and pay for the damage. I didn't want to do any real damage to his vehicle just something annoying if I even did do anything this was more of a joking around to see what peoples responses were.
You are free to your opinions but cussing at me and stuff like that isn't taken lightly. Lets just keep this clean and fun cause all i was wanting were some good prank ideas. And i were gonna fight this kid, I wouldnt start it but if he were to talk crap then hed get what was comin.

Thanks for the info and i have talked it out with this guy and he apologized but he keeps talkin crap behind my back its just a matter of being in high school and macho crap all I know is that I'm not planning on destroying his car or fighting him for no reason this was more blowing off steam and a what if scenario. And pranks aren't for p****** there just for fun.

Nicely done. If the guy keeps talking behind your back, just ignore him. Eventually he'll just let it go or better yet, everone else will stop listening to him when they see it isnt bothering you. Like you said, doing stuff to him just to do it cause you think its a good way to get him back isnt worth it. He might just decided to trash that car or do something to your house. But if he ever did that, just give me a call. i live around 30 minutes away or less depending on how fast im driving. 
Oh and AZ, damn skippy dude. I've learn that picking fights with people older than me isnt worth the air being used. It just doesnt work out unless you are positively, absolutely, sure about youself.

Now that story makes a little more sense. You have to admit, your first story was a little hard to swallow. Just try to take care of this kind of stuff legally. Vandalism and countervandalism will only escalate. Personally I wouldn't have raced the guy in the first place. Not worth the time, or gas.

do what everyone is saying, but dont really expect that "talking to him about it" is gonna solve much. his pride was probably hurt with the fatkid thing and gettin beat in the race, and then his car got messed up, which is worse than both... just pay for the damage you did (asking for a receipt is reasonable), and tell him to treat your mom with respect if he wants to remain civil.
