so i was searching another forum im apart of (Z-Il-via. net) and basically came across this parts upplier called fatboygarage...and to my surprise i saw this puppyhttp://i295.photobucket.com/al...d.jpg

CA18DET bottom mount exaust mani...

since im ripping out my dying stock t25 and installing a rebuilt Sr t25, im thinking why not just add the manifold to complete my exaust upgrade...im already running an HKS 3'' dp and a full 3''exaust...

what do u guys thinks...ive already hit them up on specs of what grade metal they use...and its only 100 bucks with mani gasket for turbo and engine mounting points...

anyother questions i should ask them or does anyone know of another exaust manifold thats made in other companies...

i thought i should post this due to lack of parts offered by the aftermarket world for our motor...if it must be so im willing to be the test dummy on this mani...

i figured as much.... but does anyone know were i could get a mani...?

either this or get one made for double... i just want to finish my exaust assembly...

i took my t25 turbo today to the rebuild shop and they told me that the shafft play is so minor its not worth me spending 180 for a rebuild...since there a well known shop in the area ill go with wut they say on it...and just add a mani and new aftermarket elbo and slap the bizatch on there

you can ebay one. thats what most people are doing. fabing will result in some good gains, but for the T25 is kind of waste.... atleast IMO due to cost.

whats wrong with your stock mani?

i ordered from them they have good service ...and response

i order the t25 mani forthe ca18det .....then they told me it on back order and wouldnt arrive to ship til Wed which was yesterday ....so i would assume it came in for them to ship

the moment they told me it was on back order i asked for a refund ....and they gave me one with out a problem ...

so they are great people ......im not sure about the mani ... cuz i did a refund ....but i can bet they have some ca18det manifolds instock to ship

rusted cast iron is not the same as rusted steel. Tubular is a waste of money for these dinky turbos people are bolteing up.

S13, PS13,S14, S15 etc. If your T2small of choice is not confidently over 300hp (read 317hp = lol) and still actuated then you are wasting money on a tube manifold. It does flow a bit better but I know 99% of the people that buy these are just doing it because they think they have to based only upon cars in magazines and others opinion. It would be like connecting you lawn sprinkler to the faucet with a firehose. Yeah it's cool but silly.Keep the stock manifold and use the money where you need it, fuel delivery.

I see too many guys get caught up in the flash parts and ignore the basics which while not as fun must be addressed. Being a working man I assume most of the other guys are on budgets too.

It's out of control around here and unfortunately for some, itwill be there demise. Instead of trying to get the damn engine to function properly, I see so many people still trying to get bling-bling eye candy stuff done while their damn cars are still stuck in their parents' garage or driveway.

The stocker is fine, but the SSAC mani is MUCH easier to take on an off.

I can't argue there, cast manifolds normally are a ***** to pull.
