faster throttle response

so my problem is probably one that many b16 drivers have with the sentrathe time that it takes to respond full throttle and its lack of acceleration due to it its this due to the fact that its drive by wire? is there any way to decrease the time of response?any help or input is appreciated

CVT or manual?

Drive by wire is part of it. It's also simply not a very lively engine.
