fast clicking sound when ignition is turned??

sounds like it could be the starter but im not sure. anyone have any ideas?

Dead battery or lack of power to the starter.

thanks I got it started. one of my ground wires was cracked in the starting system. Got that fixed and the car fired right off. thanks for all of the help Nistech.
