fantasy football ????

I was getting ready to create my team for this years fantasy football and to my suprise everybody charges money to play fantasy football now.Price ranges from $15-$39.fantasy football is fun, but not that fun.I might sound like a tight wad,but when you are used to something being free and then next time you see it there is a price tag on it(kinda makes you sick).I have never paid money to play fantasy football and i will not pay money for it.It just isn't that fun.

I would rather buy madden 2004 or ncaa 2004 with some of that money.

so if any of you know of a free fantasy football site let me know.Thanks.

I play fantasy football in a competitive league. I have observed a trend a past 4 seasons now. Every time I loose in my league (below .500) I win all my money back (entrance fee) and then some. Every time I win (above .500) and make it to the playoffs, I never get my money back. It all comes down to the weekly prizes.

I always thought that the ESPN fantasy leagues were free. I didn't play last year, but I had the 3 or 4 years prior. They may have started charging since then.
